Ways we can work together

Four ways in. Every one of them begins with a conversation, and none of them asks you to know what you need before you arrive.

Together we'll create a way forward.

We work with the wisdom of the body, using a biofeedback technique, the language of creativity and gentle therapeutic somatic practices. We'll gently explore and transform what is asking for your attention.

FAQs

How do I know which approach is right for me?

Your consultation is a space to talk in-depth about what brings you here and what feels important to you. From there we can shape an approach, a plan, that best supports you.

โ€œI'm not artistic!โ€

Creativity belongs to everyone. Creative art therapy is about expression, exploration and discovery. Bring your curiosity and see what unfolds.

Do you work in person or online?

Sessions are primarily offered in person, with some consultations and creative sessions available online.

How many sessions will I need?

Each person brings a lifetime of experiences and challenges which have become part of the narratives they hold. Meaningful lasting change takes time, to explore the layers and gain insight. There is no set number of sessions. A personalised plan is the best way forward.

What happens in a first session?

Mostly talking. We cover what has brought you here and what you might need, with no commitment to anything that follows.
